您可先利用個人帳號服務中心的「忘記密碼」功能重設密碼。

若仍無法重設，請於學校上班時間透過下面方式變更(擇一即可)：

  1. 本人攜帶證件到科技大樓ST005辦公室的資訊服務台辦理。

  2. 與個人帳號服務中心右下角的線上客服對話。

  3. 電話聯繫服務專線 04-23590121 分機 30220 或 30218。

To reset your password, you can use the "Forgot password" function of the THU User Center.

If you still cannot reset your password, you can do the following during school hours:

  1. Bring your certificate to the Information Service Desk in Office ST005.

  2. Talk to the Online Customer Service in the bottom right corner of the THU User Center.

  3. Call the service line 04-23590121, extension 30220 or 30218.
