Q: 請問忘記THU-NID密碼怎麼辦？
A:
您可先利用個人帳號服務中心( https://user.thu.edu.tw/ )的「忘記密碼」功能重設密碼。

若仍無法重設，請於學校上班時間透過下面方式變更(擇一即可)：
(1) 本人攜帶證件到科技大樓ST005辦公室的資訊服務台辦理。
(2) 與個人帳號服務中心( https://user.thu.edu.tw/ )右下角的線上客服對話。
(3) 電話聯繫服務專線 04-23590121 分機 30220 或 30218。

Q: What should I do if I have forgotten my THU-NID password?

To reset your password, you can use the "Forgot password" function of the THU User Center( https://user.thu.edu.tw/ ).

If you still cannot reset your password, you can do the following during school hours:

1. Bring your certificate to the Information Service Desk in Office ST005.
2. Talk to the Online Customer Service in the bottom right corner of the THU User Center.
3. Call the service line 04-23590121, extension 30220 or 30218.

Q: 我不能登入某個系統，怎麼辦？
A:
若確定帳號密碼輸入無誤，請先至東海大學帳號中心「變更密碼」以同步確認。

若仍無法正常登入，請再確認是否能夠登入tMail或其他服務系統。
詳細記下是哪幾個系統錯誤或是全部都不行，並記錄錯誤訊息，本人攜帶證件至圖資處 大智慧科技大樓 ST005資訊服務台 (分機30218 或 30220) 進行詢問。
